Sporting Affayres was born out of the desire to create a safe place to debate different discussions within the various sporting communities. The page specializes in football and baseball topics, with a side of basketball and competitive running. Sporting Affayres primarily aims to spread the love of sports, not for monetary gain. The short term goal is to produce content that the sports community can engage in, the long term goal is to grow large enough that a team of writers can be assembled and a podcast can be launched with enough foundation to already have a successful fanbase. The first object is to grow the Instagram page to collect engagement from the community. This will be done be daily posts about the sporting worlds most intriguing topics. Sporting Affayres will not make posts that target the character of a human being, unless it is in defense.
